I don’t know about the generator but we got 3 of the pocket cells and they were great for about a year then just started going out .. I have one that sometimes works … for the money spent I would never buy anything else from them… that’s just me…

Contrary to what on other commentator stated, you should be ASHAMED of yourself
$2,500 for this unit. Are you kidding me? With 768 watt hours of battery storage this unit should be priced below $800 at the MOST. This is a TOTAL RIPOFF. If you do any research about Solar Generators you will know this and quite frankly any YouTube who promotes this should be totally ASHAMED of themselves and the expose to the entire world that they do not care about anyone but themselves and their reviews cannot be trusted.
Power output to batter capacity is mismatched. An 1800 watt inverter will burn though 700+ watt hour battery very quickly. Very slow charging. 10 hours via solar. Are you kidding me. No solar generator now days is that slow. Large size for the small battery capacity
#1 this is NOT a generator, it is a battery bank with inverter to convert DC into AC power
#2 when a storm knocks out power you will not have sunlight to recharge the batteries
#3 it will not have enough power to run the house overnight
for under $500 you can buy a 2kw gas inverter generator that will run 9 to 12 hours on a gallon of gas and doesn't require power or sunlight to refill to run another 9 to 12 hours
You can a much better model for much less $$$ please don't buy this product from this company, they are made in China, and if you don't believe me look in to you're self.

This isnt 1800 watts, its only about 750. And can only take about 300 watts charging. Way over priced for dalse advertisement.only takes 10 hours because its about 800 watts and with 100 panel whoch panels wont give full amount, maybe 75% , which confirms its not 1800.think about it.

I'm so glad that you got this unit for free that would have been absolutely terrible if you would have paid for it. Simple research on the Internet will show you a 1000 reasons why not to buy this product.
I wish people would test more power consumption appliances, like oh I dont know a 10k btu heater or air conditioner. Because if it's the dead of the winter without power, people have been known to freeze to death…
If you actually look and see what's out there you'll find that this is very overpriced. At an output of 1800 watts and a battery size of 768 Watt hours it will last less than a half an hour but don't worry with your 100 W solar panel you'll be able to charge it up in 13 hours.
