Are you using the middle kickstand on the solar panels? Most people don't know they're there.
I need one but I have 3 large solar panels already. This you stated has proprietary connections which is terrible because your stuck using only their panels. Like the box don’t like the panels. These things have to be flexible and made to accommodate multiple standard solar panels . There may be an adapter but it’s doubtful. Still that kind of power in that box is excellent.

I just got mine yesterday and charged it up I was wondering if the fans were supposed to run while it's charging but your video confirms it's normal witch I can see why they would run since it charges so fast it probably generates alot of heat.

Just get solar panels on the roof and get a battery backup, then you're good for a few hours. But pricey tho but it'll pay for itself.
