  1. Having a charging issue. Contacted Oupes .I think Lily is sending me a new one. The one I have has a low voltage battery…Whatever that means. I trust them 100%

  2. Hi. You said this would run your well water pump. I’m just learning about all of this. How would you hook up it to the well pump and 1800w solar generator is strong enough.? Thanks

  3. Hey guys. When you purchase the 1800 w with 4 panels does it come wit all the connections to hook all 4 solar panels up. Or do you purchase separately. Also what’s the warranty on the system

  4. I've had off grid solar for 10 years, 12 deep cycle batteries. I tried wrapping my head around something called a "solar generator." … It's (1) a battery and (2) an inverter. I can't see placing all of my eggs and putting them in one whizbang electronic basket. Buy some AGM (or Li-Ion) batteries, buy an inverter from NAPA, get a charger, minder, (Honda 2200W inverter) generator. Whe. the battery runs down, when the inverter breaks? Just get a new one.

  5. So far a bit concerned….ordered the 1800 with 2 solar panels as a promo running now. Received a box today with only battery and no solar panels but of course shipping reads I got everything.
Also, was at 63% and after 3 hours plugged in still only 93% and the box for plug is very warm. Is that normal? Still waiting to get response to my email alerting they didn’t deliver my kit.
My friend has eco flow delta and hers charges super fast!! Why is Oupes so much slower?

  6. Can I hook up two of my 200 watt solar panels to recharge this? They sell two 100 watt panels for $500 which means I'd need $1000 of their panels. That's way too steep for 400 watts

  7. Have you tried using one of the Bluetti 200 watt charging bricks. I have the eb150 and the included charger is 200 watts with an 8mm plug so it should work fine as the 2nd charger. Thanks for the review.

  8. I bit the bullet and bought the 1200W solar generator. It was a little more affordable @ $765. I'll feel more comfortable with hurricane season here. Blessings.

  9. I bought the 1800 watt unit. That said here is what Oupes isn't telling you until you read the manual. 1. The unit come with (1) wall charger. The fast-charging option requires you to purchase an additional charger for $130.00. 2. If you want to charge with solar panels you have to buy their proprietary panels. For the full 400 watt charge capability it will cost you $1000. That's $250 per 100 watts. Solar panels (100 watts) these days can be had for about $100. They say if you do not use their panels, it risks damage to the unit. Nothing about this is offered in the advertising. You find out when you read the manual page 8. So, it looks like Oupes is offering a less expensive unit but making it up on the other end by soaking you for the needed accessories. What else is new?

  10. I live in an apt in Virginia,I'm on disability, I can't really afford a generator and know nothing about them,I have my fridge,w/ freezer, plus 5 7cubit ft freezer full, plus I keep my 1 year old granddaughter w/ me M-F ,I could sure use this, for piece of mind.

  11. We use the car adapter port for my husband's cpap – using the a/c port forces the generator to convert the power to a/c and it runs the battery down faster. Using the d/c port saves battery.

  12. I really wish the generator companies would sell the solar owners with the generators as a package. That way when it's bought, it's bought and you don't have to save for another purchase, which could end up costing another $1k.

  13. ⁉️⁉️⁉️ QUESTION ⁉️⁉️⁉️
